Pregnant until proven otherwise, or PUPO, is a statement that is commonly used on social media, fertility message boards or online support groups that refers to a purposefully positive mindset that women or couples choose to occupy during the time period after undergoing fertility treatment or timed intercourse and before they are aware if conception has occurred.
